We are proud to have twelve (12) certified Eden Associates on staff, and the entire staff is coached on the Eden Alternative. The Eden philosophy states: "What management does unto staff, so shall the staff do unto the elders". The owners and management of Park Place take good care of our employees. A happy staff gives better care and our residents deserve the best! Eden recommends that staff should be empowered to make decisions. This means the resident aides, who spend the most time with our residents and know them best, are able to make some decisions about their care without having to get approval from a supervisor. They know their resident's preferences and what works best for each of them. That correlates in making life better for our residents. Park Place Assisted Living strives to create an atmosphere where personal growth is expected, recognized, and rewarded.

At Park Place, our Activity Program is diverse and energetic. Daily exercise class, worship services and mass, BINGO, shopping, out-to-lunch ventures, Bible study, hymn sings, entertainers, movies, games, crafts, parties, flower arranging, happy hour, cooking, and garden club are just a sampling of the things we offer.
